Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

• Before you pay: cancel the order yourself from Orders in the partner portal. Nothing is charged.
• After you pay, before dispatch: ask through Help or the grievance officer. We cancel the order and refund you in full.
• After dispatch: the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it as described below.

• Damaged, defective or wrong products: tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and the packaging. We replace the product or refund you in full, including any delivery charge.
• Change of mind: sanitary pads and other personal hygiene products can be returned only if unopened, with their seal intact, within 7 days of delivery. Other products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
• We may inspect returned products before approving a refund.

• We refund within 7 working days of approving a cancellation or receiving the returned product, to the bank account or UPI ID the payment came from. Any part paid from your partner wallet goes back to that wallet.
• When an order is refunded, the BV it generated and the commissions paid on it are reversed for everyone who earned them, and any cashback it added to the buyer's repurchase wallet is taken back.
• We do not charge a fee for cancelling an order.

Partners also have a 30-day cooling-off period after joining and a buy-back right when they leave. See sections 10 and 11 of the Direct Seller Agreement.

Partners: sign in and use Help, quoting the order number. Customers: write to the grievance officer below with your name, phone number, the order number and what went wrong. See also our grievance redressal process.
