Terms of Use

Anyone may browse. To hold a partner account, buy as a partner or join the partner programme you must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, and a resident of India.

• Partner accounts are created by your sponsor (the partner who introduces you) or by us, in your own name and with your own email and mobile number. You get a temporary password: choose your own the first time you sign in.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend an account to protect you, other users or us, for example after suspicious sign-in activity.

• We describe products, prices and taxes as accurately as we can. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. The amount you pay, with any delivery charge, is shown before you place the order.
• An order is accepted when we confirm your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong; if you have paid, we refund you in full.
• Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and delivery by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Product information is not medical advice. Read the pack and follow the instructions for use.

You must not:

• break the law, or use the website to deceive or harm anyone;
• try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or test or bypass our security;
• disrupt the website, overload it, or use bots or scrapers on it;
• upload anything unlawful, false, infringing or harmful, including someone else's documents;
• hold more than one account, or create an account in someone else's name or without their knowledge.

The Messiah Grace name, logo, product images and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Partners may use material we provide for selling, as the Direct Seller Agreement allows. Any other use needs our written permission.

Nothing on this website promises or guarantees income. Partners earn only from genuine sales of products, under the published compensation plan, and many partners earn little or nothing.

• We work to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
• Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Raise any complaint with our grievance officer (details below and on the grievance redressal page). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

• We may update these terms. The version and date above show when they last changed.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts where our registered office is located have jurisdiction.
