Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to addresses in India only.

• You pay by UPI or bank transfer and enter the payment reference. Your order ships after we confirm the payment, usually within 1 working day.
• We usually dispatch within 2 working days of confirming payment.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the location. Remote areas can take longer.
• These times are estimates, not guarantees. We will tell you if your order is delayed.

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. The price of the products includes GST, as shown on your invoice.

• When your order ships, its status and tracking reference appear under Orders in the partner portal.
• Check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, note this with the delivery person if you can.
• Report damaged, defective or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, the courier returns the package to us. We contact you to arrange another delivery or refund the order, less any delivery charge we had to pay.
